Tips to Help Your Invoices Reach Your Clients' Inboxes

We know it’s super important that your clients receive their invoices on time. Sometimes, though, emails from [email protected] might accidentally end up in their spam or junk folders. Here are a few easy tips to help make sure your invoices land safely in their inbox.

Ask Your Clients to Add Us to Their Contacts

Encourage your clients to add [email protected] to their contacts or safe sender list. This tells their email provider, “Hey, I trust emails from Ember!”

Remind Them to Check Their Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes, email providers make mistakes. If your clients don’t see the invoice, ask them to take a quick look in their spam or junk folders. They can mark it as “Not Spam,” so future emails come straight to their inbox.

Gmail Users: Move Us to the Primary Tab

If your client uses Gmail, they can drag our email from “Promotions” or “Spam” over to their “Primary” tab. Gmail will remember this for the next time.
