Ember automatically groups similar transactions based on the description details we receive from our open banking provider. You can find all your groups on To review page.

Review with one click

If you’re happy with the group details you can mark it as reviewed with a single click. Done! All transactions within the group are reviewed!

Undo

Marked a group as reviewed by mistake? Click Undo from the toastie and the group will be restored.

View and edit transactions

Want to take a look at transactions that form a group? Click on View all to access the list of transactions.

From this view you can make changes to individual transactions and bulk action as you would normally on Transactions page.

Alternatively, you can edit group details via Edit details option from the group menu.

This will open the group side panel where you can make changes that will apply to all transactions within the group.

Removing a group

We might get the grouping wrong at times so if you want to remove a particular group, click on the group menu and choose the option to remove group.

You will need to confirm the action in the modal to proceed. Please note, that once removed the transactions won’t be grouped based on the same criteria again.
