If you have made a mistake or would like to edit an existing invoice you can do this following the steps below.
Please note: you can only change this information if you did not send the invoice via email. Only if you used the mark as sent function.
First, go to the Sales tile on the left side of your screen. Then choose the invoice you want to edit.
Once you do this, click on the 3 dots in the top corner of your screen. You can then mark the invoice as a draft to allow you to change the invoice information.
Once you Mark the Invoice as a draft, you will then be able to open it back up and edit any detail you need too.
The invoice will be marked as draft as below until you click the three dots again and then click it to be marked as sent. You can also download this to PDF, or Send via Email to your customer.
