How to mark an invoice as paid

This article explains how to link a payment that came through your connected bank account to an invoice.

Go to Transactions and find the transaction representing the payment from your client. If it’s a new transaction you haven’t yet reviewed, check in To Review tab.

Once you’ve selected the relevant transaction, click on Choose category. From there you can either scroll down to find the associated invoice, or you can search for the invoice in the search bar.

Select the associated invoice and click Mark as reviewed.

The invoice status will be updated to Paid if the transaction covers the outstanding invoice amount. Otherwise it will remain Due or Overdue.
