If an invoice was issued in error, you can delete it. Please note that this option is only available for invoices that have not been paid.
To delete an invoice, first find the invoice on the Invoices page. Then from the invoice menu (three dots) select Mark as draft.
The draft invoice will display under the Draft filter.
Find the draft invoice you want to delete and from the invoice menu select Delete draft.
