How do I start the process?
So long as you have an account set up with us, starting the process is very straightforward - simply reach out to our team via Intercom! You can find the button for that in the bottom right corner of Ember.
What do we need from you?
Before we can begin filing your year-end accounts, it's essential to have all the necessary financial information in order.
Please ensure that the transactions on your Ember account are categorised up to your company year end date
Double check that your company UTR & CAC are already in Ember. If they aren't, please add them under "Settings > Business". If you aren't sure what these are or how to get them, please refer to our FAQ article
Make sure that you have your company bank statement(s) ready showing the balance at year end date so we can check for any discrepancies.

Standard Annual Accounts Service: £200 + VAT
Turnaround Time: 6-8 weeks
This service is ideal for companies with a typical filing schedule and no urgent deadlines.
2 Week Express Service: £275 + VAT
Turnaround Time: 2 weeks
If you require a faster turnaround, this service is perfect for you. It ensures your year-end accounts are processed and filed within a shorter timeframe.
1 Week Express Service: £325 + VAT
Turnaround Time: 1 week
For those with extremely tight deadlines, our 1 Week Express Service guarantees that your year-end accounts will be filed promptly.
What next?
Once we have everything we need from you and the service you have chosen has been paid for, work on the accounts will begin! Our team of expert accountants will carefully review the information provided to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. We may contact you for any necessary clarifications or additional information.
When the accounts have been prepared the work will be reviewed before the draft accounts are sent out to you. Following this, you will have the opportunity to review the accounts prior to filing.
Once we have your approval, Ember will handle the submission to HMRC & Companies House on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
